ようやく内部告発というかたちで、AEWに愚痴を言うひとが出て来ました。
ビッグスゥオール（Big Swole）という女子レスラーです。
今年（2021年）11月30日、双方合意という表向きの発表でAEWを去りました。
いまのところ、AEWでは、WWEのような会社の一方的事情でリリース、というのは、ありません。
表向きホワイト企業、プロレス業界の救世主、労働党（民主党）というのがAEWです。
そうだったのですが・・・
ビッグスゥオールの批判をまとめてみましょう。

批判１：段取りがしっかりしていない
まず、スゥオールは、AEWの”structure（段取り）”の悪さを批判します。
スゥオール「AEWの熱狂的なファンにはわからないだろうし、みえてないだろうけど・・・」

スゥオール「内部告発として聞いてほしいの」
・
スゥオール「段取りがダメなの」
・
スゥオール「番組の段取りが。もっとビシッとしたのほしかったんだけど。」
・
スゥオール「特に女子レスラーには悲惨だった」
・
スゥオール「女子ディビジョンは、ああいう風に詰めこみすぎるべきではなかったわ。」
・
スゥオール「男子レスラーには、たっぷり時間があるからいいの。」
・
スゥオール「女子レスラーには、割り当てられた時間が全然ないのよ。」
・
スゥオール「それで、どんどんヒトが入ってくるでしょ？」
・
スゥオール「やってられないわよ。」
・
“I know fans of the company don’t take criticism well sometimes. But know this, this is someone from the inside, the structure is a little off,” she said. “It’s fine to be loose, but I like to have a little bit more structure. I felt like the women shouldn’t have gone through everything they went through just to get on time. You’re signed to this big company, you should get time. All these men are getting time, but the women aren’t getting anything or you’re not putting people on TV because more people are coming in. There are more people coming in, but you don’t have enough product for all of these people.”
批判２：じつはトップダウン
AEWのピラミッドも批判されます。
ようするに意見を代表して言うこと（representation）ができない。
スゥオール「率直に言うわ。」
・
スゥオール「昨今話題にされている多様性。それが受け入れられていない。」
・
スゥオール「黒人なんか蚊帳の外よ。」
・
スゥオール「みんなロッカールームで尻込みしてるし、トップもロッカールームに話し合いに来ない。」
・
スゥオール「それでいて表向きは、”レスラーみんな家族だ”みたいに振る舞っているでしょ？」
・
“I do not beat around the bush when it comes to diversity and my people,” she said. “There is no representation, truly, and when there is, it does not come across in the black community as genuine, at all. And I don’t know why everybody is so afraid to accept it or say it, but it’s not a good look. What happens is, you have this wonderful company that treats people like family, but there is nobody that looks like me that is represented at the top. They are not in the room with them. They’re not helping to necessarily influence decisions, but to explain why certain slang, why they are certain words that shouldn’t be said. There is no one else who can explain our culture and experience except for us.”

トニーカーン「スゥオールなんてのは、プロレスが下手だから、オレが辞めさせてやったのさ！」

“The top 2 @AEW execs are brown (me & Megha)!! Jade, Bowens, Caster, Dante, Nyla, Isiah & Marq Quen all won on tv this month. The TBS Title Tournament has been very diverse. I let Swole’s contract expire as I felt her wrestling wasn’t good enough.“

ここから、どう組織が崩壊してゆくか。
アンチAEW（私が、なんですが）としては、垂涎（すいぜん）ものです・・・
